or the fact that executing my research plan in time to graduate in june is seeming less and less likely by the day, because i am stuck working with a craptacular decade-old simulation program written in fortran with meaningless error messages, a poor fixed-width file format, and horrible documentation written by non-english speakers sprinkled with really terrible and confusing variable abbreviations.

and somewhere in there, i have to find a job.

ahem! hahahaha. i just have to pick myself up, but it’s hard until SOMETHING, anything goes right. even a small victory would be wonderful at this point. i just don’t feel like i’m even getting that!
