at brunch today, we had the choice of bagel, english muffin, or toast.
after that, for bagels and toast, we had to choose the type of bagel or toast.
for each dish there is probably a “most delicious” kind of bread-like food. should they make that the default, or do people really override the “best” choice that much?
i obviously think about usability too much.
