why don’t they fine people and companies in percentages of total net income or profits?
because when you fine a company 12.6 million dollars, it doesn’t hurt if they’re making 195 billion dollars. they’d rather pay the fine to scare away the regulators.
that you cannot get people to change big all at once. they just get blown away. me too.
my birthday is unknown to my colleagues at work. or is that not awesome? it reminds me of the time we spent trying to determine tina’s birthday. i guess i would probably get a free meal should i reveal my birthday. we didn’t celebrate last year, which is fine by me. i just see it as another day.
