breakfast: instant oatmeal
lunch: spaghetti with canned baked beans and canned corned beef
dinner: rice with garlic cauliflower and potatoes with oyster sauce, and egg/seaweed soup.
this is what happens when you forget to go grocery shopping before christmas.
so uh you have to hit the button yourself to get out of the heathrow express train.
also travelers at airports are approximately 20% less nice.
the thing is though it’s almost like i can’t say goodbye to cambridge when i go to on holiday. or people. even though there are lots more people elsewhere.
also i am not a very subtle person. i need to work on that.
books to read on holiday, the wind-up bird chronicle, and the booker prize winner for 2006. 800 pages of reading! awesome! i always read voraciously on holiday. last year it was harry potter. in korea, the amazing adventures of kavalier and clay. costa rica, travels with charley. new york, the pursuit of happiness.
