on how i met your mother (yes i have been watching television lately, it’s awful (-ly good?)) is how you can have an uneventful day where nothing bad happens and still feel like crap at the end. this is the story of my life for the past few weeks, excepting costa rica and next act.

how do we bridge it? science is so far-removed sometimes, because people are different, both in health and social contexts. biology is not physics. at least, not yet. either the science has to become more specific, or we have to apply it more loosely.
